This registration session will allow you to enter contact information, register for participation, and select your payment option. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
To complete registration and payment through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or banking information available. PLEASE NOTE: If you use an online payment method you will be charged a percentage and a transaction fee. Our pricing reflects our tournament registration fee and gate fee as one price so association's only have to pay once. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Fargo Youth Hockey Association.
To avoid the percentage and transaction fees please choose to pay offline and mail a check. Teams will not be accepted or considered for the selection process until payment is made.
Class of Play Guidelines
To ensure your team is registered for the correct division, please follow these guidelines. Any misrepresentation of a team's level during the registration process will result in that team being removed from the event without refund.
FYHA holds the right to move a registered team to the division we deem appropriate, based on game results and competition leading up to the tournament.

HOCKEY ASSOCIATION'S PRESIDENT CONTACT INFO
We request the contact information for the President of your Association. We ask that teams, parents, coaches and spectators participating in our tournaments conduct themselves in a befitting manner at all facilities (ice rink, hotel, restaurant, etc.). When deemed necessary, an Association's President will be notified of issues related to conduct.
TEAM FEE
The Fargo Youth Hockey Association has combined the registration fee and gate fee into one price to create efficiencies for tournament operations and the teams participating. The fee listed on the link above is the total team fee to participate in our tournament. Team fee must be paid in US dollars. The Team Fee must be paid in order for a team to be accepted into our tournament.
TOURNAMENT START TIMES
The Girls International 10U/12U tournaments begin tournament play on Friday morning with a special event on the Thursday prior to tournament play.
Our WoodChipper (PeeWee/Bantam) & Girls International 14UB, 15UB and 15UA tournaments begin tournament play at 2:45 PM on Fridays.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The Fargo Youth Hockey Association has partnered with the FM Convention and Visitors Bureau for our eight stay-to-play hockey tournaments. With the exception of the teams registering for our Squirt International tournaments, all teams who have paid their registration fee(s) in full will receive a link of available hotels for each tournament weekend.
What does Stay-to-Play mean?
We require all teams registered in our hockey tournaments utilize reservations via the FM Convention and Visitors Bureau. Teams that do not abide by this will not be removed from the event. The FYHA Tournament Committee will be auditing hotel rooming lists for violations.
Why we host Stay-to-Play Tournaments:
By partnering with our local CVB we are able to provide the incoming teams a great experience with negotiated group rates and a guaranteed room block. Our community plays host to other large sporting events, concerts and conventions and by working with the CVB we are able to secure rooms for each team participating in our tournament. They take the headaches out of group reservations and will work with you to create the best experience possible. The CVB has a well-trained and friendly staff who are ready and eager to assist you and your team with your housing needs.
ATHLETIC TRAINERS
Athletic Trainers will be on site for CHECKING tournaments only. An emergency medical plan will be available at each rink’s score table.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have received an email confirmation that your team has been officially accepted into the tournament, there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you withdraw your team within this 48 hour window, 100% of your registration fee will be refunded. However, if you withdraw from the tournament after the 48 hour window for any reason, your registration fee will not be refunded.
REFUND POLICY
FYHA tournament registration fees are non-refundable.
Teams will be given the option to pay online or offline. You must select either of the options on the registration page. If you pay in full online, you should see a charge on your credit card from FYHA. Otherwise, please send a check to the address below.
